Where's Summer?

Okay, I'm such a warm-weather person and when the weather is suppose to be warm, but it's not, it can be pretty frustrating to me.

Come on.... it's July and my weather widget reads it's suppose to get up to 69 today, but currently it reads 57. Ugh!!
